This application I’m actually using from 6 months and till now I haven’t faced any lag in transaction. Concept of the application is just to provide a medium to transaction money without any cash dependency. The concept is quite useful only because this application had quite popularity and almost every vendor is using it. Hence just user need to add balance in the payment wallet and can pay anywhere he/she wants.
The layout of the application is simple and quiet easy to handle as the icon pattern provides ease to handle and all important services ( to any account, mobile recharge, electricity bill landline cable and many more) are just available at front only, even after selecting these icons the way it provide for successful transaction is quite easy handle.
The design of the application is not so good not so bad, but the way of approaching the successful transaction is in sequenced way.
This application is actually having immense amount of features:

Various services to which user can pay.
Even one can book for vehicles here, ticket for movie, bus, airplane.
Bhim upi is the new feature added it this.
One can purchase products from paytm and it includes massive amount of products also the best feature is the cash back. As my friend used mine paytm account to purchase iphone8 plus and it was of 67000 rupees and he got rebate of 7000 rupees which is quite useful feature. The reason he used my account since the KYC of his account was not approved and this cashback was only for those who have approved there kyc.
As I rarely carry cash and due to which I require these type of application hence among these I found paytm quiet useful.
