If u r thinking to buy anything from paytm then below info is 4u all paytm mall is cheating its customers. Most of my friend experience n told me about this but I haven’t listened as I was paytm addict but paytm lose its useful customer due to bad customer service/sending defective products. I have order an mini cooler frm paytm mall however it was delivered in 15 days too late n when we opened it we found its Engine was missing. Paytm send me defective product.

Packing was good but inside pack product was defective
Good return policy
N u get instant cash cancelling order. But it is time consuming bcoz we cant enjoy using product for which we already paid. So I think paytm mall must consider this not to lose customers.
