As we know that paytm payments bank is a part of paytm. I have been using paytm for 3 years. I applied for paytm payments bank around 4 months ago. But my account has not opened yet. I applied my all details including Aadhar card and pan card, but my pan card verification is still pending. I sent them emails for solve my problem but they didn’t reply. Concept of this bank is good that’s why I applied for it. If they take this much time for opening a bank account then it is not usefull payments bank for people. Overall their concept is good but their service is too slow.
