There are many cons and pros of paytm application.
The service is very bad because I had purchase Letv le 2 mobile from Paytm which was found with some manufacturing defective. And detecting I had called in the customer service of paytm and there’s no response from them.
I had ordered others thing also from Paytm. But after knowing paytm service I thought of cancelling it. And there also I faced same problem. The order was not getting cancelled.
I am doing some small recharges from it. Many times for successful but once I had made a recharge of Rs. 399 in Jio and showing failure also I got deducted amount from my wallet.
Some friends were came to me for booking the bus tickets and I had booked. But they want me for cancelling the ticket on the day of journey. I do the same and got message of refund. Till now I didn’t getting the refund money.
I had many electricity bills payment and got successful.
So in some cases I like using Paytm but in many cases I won’t.
