Bad customer service

I have completed my PayTm bank kyc and my account get opened with paytm bank so I started to explore my experience with that and I could not satisfied with their services and specially customer service.I used paytm upi service in offer period and I made three transaction each fifty ruppes with paytm bank and my money got deducted from my account but no money added to my wallet. So I tried to contact with customer service but they dont allow to call them without order id but paytm upi have no order id and transaction id does not carry to make contact with paytm customer service.So after six day my money not credited in my wallet or paytm bank.And in other sequence I only like paytm rupay online debit card but paytm don’t provide any physical card.And cheque book facility is still pending on paytm appSo I am very disappointed with paytm in all section transaction success rate , customer services, and other banking facility.So with brand and big name of Paytm it is not a better choice as a banking
