Paytm is one of the biggest online wallet and also a bank. It has too many different types of features but bad services are given to the customers.I am going to share my personal expereince with paytm.There was an offer in paytm that if you pay in diary stores of paytm merchantedese shops you will get 50 rupees cash back ( min transaction 50) . This offer was valid for 2 days and twice per day. When I pay 50 rupees from my paytm wallet in the 1st day I got instant cash back but in the second day me and many freinds of mine did not get the cashback of 50.Another thing is Paytm has own upi payment system you can’t use it directly means to say when you recharge a number it will not show you to recharge through paytm upi. You have to 1st add money to wallet through paytm upi and then only you will able to recharge your mobile.
