Paytm is easy to use but services are not up to the mark moreover its product and quality of it is not good which has disappointed me the most
Delivery of the products are very slow
Design and presentation of the website is good
But products are not good as shown on the paytm website
So for me it was not a good experience with paytm
Customer service is poor
Moreover doing recharge on paytm is also not easy as compared to other website’s
