IT is a good app for digital payment. We can use paytm for online shopping, online recharge, online bill payment etc. But sometimes it did not work properly. My friend transfer money 1600 from bank to paytm wallet but it did not come to paytm wallet.
We call many time on help center of paytm but we did not get our money. They tell us that the money is transferred but the money did not come in my friends paytm wallet.
