I’ve ordered swiss knife in paytm and the product was fake and no tool was working there was no option for return or exchange and the product was useless.I would be very wary of buying any high value items from them. High value items Amazon fulfilled(best customer service) or flipkart WS retail(less and less items though).What’s worse? They have no phone number for support.It is not worth these days, to buy anything online. as most of these ecommerce portals have taken the marketplace business model, in order to gain more and more sellers, they have lost control on quality check
