I am a customer of paytm since a year and I have loved it since then. The best thing about Paytm is that products are available for cheap prices. I have bought shoes, moto e4 mobile, mobile from Paytm. They give cashback on most of the products which amazon and Flipkart don’t do. I got moto e4 for just 7000 with 15% cashback and the same phone is priced at 8400 in amazon with no discount. The customer service is not so good.
Now they have opened KYC and paytm savings account. I opened an account recently and they did door step verification. They are giving out 4% as interest rate. Overall I am happy with paytm.
