I have been using paytm since 3 years now and today I am largely dependent on this single app for all the payments. I pay water bill, electricity bill, dth recharge, even on online portals like club factory I made payment through paytm app only.
It is very safe to use and its customer support is also very strong. Sometimes my money gets deducted from my bank account but bill shows unpaid due to server issues. But after sending just one mail they solve the issue in no time. I get refund in paytm account and I use it to pay the bill again.
