I used this site after demonetization its work great for some transections which are small but when I tried to transfer 5500 to my wallet all process are done payment deducted from my bank but not credited to my paytm wallet infect its shows that payment was sucessfully transfer / payment of 5500 is recived by paytm .
But its not show in my wallet this process is done on 22 dec till now I dont get my money
The worst part of paytm is there are no customer care number on which there person can handle it there is only 1 number where only computerised voice exist.the recorded tape only
I sent him lots of emails but they didnt get my problem
