I am using paytm since 4 month.but it is not good app.its shoping system is very bad.very late delivery.they send me diffrent product from my order.i have order an product the send me low quality product.i returned an order four days till now passed but they didn’t send my money. They do not provide offers for old users.i write an email to customer care but the take 2-3 days for reply my email.they takes atleast one weak for delivery.other dites are very good in time delivery and customer service then paytm.worst app for shoping.
