On 2nd Oct I have tried to recharge Rs123 from paytm.com. Due to some technical failure recharge was not successful. But Paytm deducted Rs123 from my account. After that I have contacted Ppaytm 7-8 times. They told me that they didn’t get any money from my bank then after I have contacted my bank they send the details of bank transaction and statement.
Then on 18 Oct I have sent a mail with my bank statement. After getting my mail they told me that I will get my money very soon but till today it didn’t get reflected.
Its not a good online recharge site. Do not go for this site.
