I have wrongly recharged someone else’s mobile by mistake.paytm should give a chance atleast once to reverse that transaction.for rectification.like DTH recharges in Airtel.Paytm can provide the functionality of reversing of a wrongly done transaction of mobile recharge for a period of time.
