I recently ordered a product from paytm and it reached my doorstep in 6 days, but it doesn’t match my expectations because what they had shown in picture was not exact the real product so I created a return for that product, the couruer person took it back and in evening I recieved a message that return is successful but I have not recieved my refund . I thought it will take few days but after 1 week I contacted them, there is no contact number, only email contact but there is no response from them, I contacted 3 to 4 times but again no response then I got frustated then I thought there is no use to buy now anything from paytm, then agin last time I contacted them and after few days I got my refund, I got such a worst experience, and from that day I decided not to buy anything from paytm
