I have purchased Invoice Vox Mango Shape 7000mAh USB Power Bank vide Order # 698533471 from aishwaryasingh23Tm.com. It included warranty of 1 Year for the product.
It worked fine for 6-7 months. But I started getting problems in it from the month of June and till the end of june it stopped working.
Then due to my busy schedule I was able to make contact with aishwaryasingh23tm on July end and they took approx a month to provide me the correct details regarding Vox Care Team.
Vox Care Team asked me to send the product to them and I had send via India Post Tracking # CW027350141IN and is delivered as per online tracking status but Vox Care Team has not confirmed it yet. I have mailed them but they have not replied yet.
I’m attaching my mails with aishwaryasingh23tm and Vox Care Team. Please help me to get me my working power bwnk or refund MS.
