I was seen paytm sites advertisement on Facebook. It was about T-shirts. Which was available with nice discount. When I visit paytm site I see they was providing nice discount on men garments. I was looking for t-shirts. After seen their collection I selected 2 polo t-shirts. Price was not much so I placed my order and done payment with my credit card. After 6 days I get my order delivered. But t-shirts was small sized. Cloth was looking very low quality too. I call their customers service they said return it we will change it. But its about to 2 months now. I did not get my order replaced. When I call them to cancel my order and refund my money they did not reply properly. Customer service behavior was rude. I didnot refund my money yet. I’m waiting from 3 months now. I don’t recommend this site for shopping. Amazon and flipkart are better shopping sites then paytm.
