I am using Paytm more then year. And starting Paytm only provide billing to mobile network, electricity, gas bill, and bus ticket. But now it start giving shoping experience which is not good. I’m describing both service in detail.
Billing- in starting Paytm doesn’t have many electricity provider like reliance Mumbai and other private provide but now it give every electricity provider option and heavy cashback promo code like ELEC100 and grab4 to get cashback. In mobile network provider Paytm best then other app. If u pay of 1000 rs u get 100 cashback amazing?
But real picture start with shoping facility. It have tonnes of product thousand brand but Paytm drawback is Paytm seller app it have app where you can sign up and sell with Paytm but many cheap shop keeper sign in and give fake ads at Paytm and example ear phone of Redmi at 100 rs but it is China earphone and not weak it is durable and many other fake commitment buy this seller which make Paytm buyer upset so I tell plz check and then sell on website . And Paytm give big cashback mobile and electronic but if u want cashback u don’t have option this a big problem and it’s returning process is very slow and plz Paytm solve this problem Overall it is best site for billing.
