I have recently bought fastrack watch from paytm, after few months watch stopped working. I took it to authorized fast track service centre.
I was shocked to hear as fastrack service team has declared it as fake watch.They told me watch I bought from paytm don’t have date of assembly.
They showed me the difference between original and fake paytm watch in live. I have phone proff as well. I complained the same to paytm, to my suprice they asked "Fake certificate" for that watch from service centre.
Service center team told me they wont provide any fake cerficate to any customer or company.Paytm customer service team closed my complaint as I could not get "FAKE CERTIFICATE " for fake product I bought from paytm. This is PAYTM for you guys.I don’t want others be cheated by paytm. Please be care careful, when you buy something online.
