This order was cancelled from aishwaryasingh23tm and I have been assured that I’ll get the same deal but I have to book at the present price which at that time was 31390/- I confronted many times that cancellation was not done by me so why should I aishwaryasingh23 1500 Rs. Extra.
But aishwaryasingh23tm cleverly said that prices are governed by merchant not by aishwaryasingh23tm. Anyhow I re-booked the AC @31390/- with 6000 cash back deal on 1st September. Very second day of my booking you again cancelled the order and I have received an apology mail from aishwaryasingh23tm in which one coupon code was mentioned which I can use to get the same deal if I purchase the same item. When I tried to book the item third time the cost was 30855/- Rs.
And when I tried to apply the coupon it appeared that the minimum cart value should be 31390 / -Rs. I communicated same to aishwaryasingh23tm team and requested to modify the coupon code so that I can use it. But this time I received a message from aishwaryasingh23tm that I have to buy this ac @31390/Rs only. Now when first time aishwaryasingh23tm told me to book at present price then why this time they are insisting me to buy at previous price? I am a regular online buyer, first time I have face such a pathetic, unprofessional, unethical, intolerable service. I really am pissed with aishwaryasingh23tm and the way your customer care representative talk.
