New Mobile App For Shopping,,,Cust.Support Sucks!

Recently paytm has upgraded its mobile app for android n iOS devices where you can shop online same as Myntra, Flipkart etc etc.

I ordered shoes with the order id 504695709, after getting the product delivered I did seek for the help of paytm support people to assist me with the return/exchange procedure. There is no direct phone number where you can ask them help, they’ll ask you to send a mail on care@paytm.com.

No bloody responds on this mail id. Customer support team is just for namesake.

Nobody responds! Be aware. Don’t use paytm app for shopping. Myntra, Flipkart are far better!

Hi Ujjwal,We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In order to resolve this issue, we tried calling you several times on your mobile no. 789*517. However, the calls went unattended. We understand, you want your product to be returned due to sizing issue. Don't worry, we have raised a request for you and our courier partner will come and pick the product from your doorstep in next 7 days. Accordingly, your refund will be processed immediately into your Paytm account once the shipment reaches the merchant.Make sure, the product that has to be returned must only have been used for trial and has never been used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. You can also visit the "Help Center" section in the Paytm app for further details.We hope this helps.
