I recomend you to never shop on paytm . cause thay all are selling fake products everything are fake.
thay try to attract people with huge discounts and cashbacks which make people to buy products in fact your buying fake products.
Paytm is not meant for shopping its only for cashless transactions .
PROBLEMS I FACED WITH Paytm SHOPPING.
# I ordered a puma wallet when I recived it . it was a puma copy .
# I ordered a protein power which was ON company worth Rs 2000. I was shocked by seeing the product it has a hole at the bottem and was resealed with a transparent tape .
I tried to return the protein power and I called the costumer care every time I ended up at a robot speaking( pre recorded message) . then finally I came to know that thay was no actual customer care call center where real people can talk to us . so thay is no real method to return the product . the options in the app are not usefull at all
SO PLEASE DONT SHOP ON Paytm EVER!
