Hello friends, today I am sharing my review about Paytm online shopping. Paytm app and website working well. I bought mast and Harbour Shoes from Paytm 1 year ago. after few months I have problem with mast and Harbour shoes. then I contact to PayTM service and support. I told them all my problems and I want to change my shoes. firstly they told me to send pics, but after that that they asked me to contact with seller. there is no customer satisfaction matters for them and they have don’t care about their customers. then I contact with seller, he told me that he never change his products. i am cheated. but Paytm still showed me 6 months warranty. I never recommend you to buy products from Paytm online shopping. thanks
