I have faced some issue while using paytm services, I booked a bus ticket one month before the diwali vacation as most of the bus operators raises the charges during festive seasons. Due to some reasons the bus was cancelled two days before the date of the journey and I didn’t received any notification from paytm. Later when I came to know from the bus services I made a call then what was answered was a simple sorry, all the prices of the buses for that day were more than double and even thrice the cost at what I booked. their ignorance towards their customer leads to inconvenience and pain. Although I got the refund but it was of no use then. There is no gaurantee that they will provide you services in the first place.
