I had tryed to upgrade my wallet to reduce my transfer money fee but I realise the customer support is very poor I had applied upgrade request but nobody is replyed I follow them for same request but they reply same our representatives try to reach you but ur phone was not reachable I said nobody try to reach me my phone is also always on they reply same in every mail’our representatives try to reach you but your phone was not recharge don’t buy any product they fail in my recharge too. Please don’t buy anything from paytm
