I have been using Paytm ever since it was launched. I’ve seen it a few years ago when most transactions would fail and there were many bugs in the app. But the best thing was that I could use it to recharge my phone from wherever I was. Even in remote places where network was there but no shops to recharge. Over the time the app and its features have enormously updated and revamped. Now there are utility bills, shopping, and CASHLESS transactions which have changed the life of an average Indian. I see a lot of small shopkeepers keeping Paytm QR code displayed in their shop and was pleasantly surprised.
I heard that the more hard cash is in the market the higher will inflation rise and more difficult life will get. I think digital transactions usind cards and online wallets will seriously do good to improve our economy. We should all use more if these apps. More so because they have made it secure and including more and more features into it.
Overall a great app Paytm. I also use others like freecharge, mobikwik and citrus. Just for safety. The competition is so fierce never kno who will give a ridiculous offer when. : ) Keep smiling.
