Paytm is the worst shopping site I have ever used they are just good for nothing and overhyped.i have used it once and now I am never going to purchase anything from them. .
Previously I purchased Nokia bl 5c battery for my nokia 1208 and they send me a duplicate battery and even after that they are not willing to replace the product and they don’t have any customer support number on which you can call the only option left is mail after mailing them for approx 10 days finally they refund my amount.a big no for paytm
