I have purchased quite a few things from paytm, always with a fear of products being genuine.
With all my purchases I was never cheated.
Here are some of my observations regarding the operations
Shopping on Paytm has been a bit cumbersome at times but never dissappointing.
Will definitely recommend trying it, especially because of the cost benefit it offers.

The product listing style does not gives the buyer a positive feeling about the product.
Delivery is always an issue when shopping on paytm, goods take anywhere from 5-15 days to be delivered.
The customer care is worry some, not a very customer friendly website.
The customer care is not systematic for sure but does help cusomters with there needs.
There are way too many sellers selling the same product, which I feel gives a scope of duplicate products and poor quality control.
The payment is always secure, I have always received timely cashbacks amd refunds.
Generally all the major products are listed, it rarely happens I do not find a product am looking for on
