Recently I wanted to add 500rs. to my Paytm account and when I started , due to some reason it notified that the transaction has been declined but problem was that 500 rs. debited from my bank account .and after 2 hour a message came from Paytm that, I got permission from your bank to add money into your Paytm account if you don’t want then go to this link , I fallowed that link and directly I reached to the help and complained but there was no response at all even after 10 days also , from that day I want to connect with customercare but always I got not reachable
