Booked a Sony LED TV under order # 2106889807 on 6th October. It was promised to be delivered between 12th and 15th of October. It is 21st October and I am still waiting for a delivery.
On contacting their customer. while they were quick in reponding the reponses are totally illogical. Without any substantial information or status of the shipment or the actual status, they just say the words like parrots ’Sorry for the inconvenience and we are trying our best to expedite.
I would not be surprised if they vanish in nowhere after sometime.
