As you can see, there are 3-4 big giants when it comes to buying products online i.e Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc, but one can only trust Paytm when it comes to recharges, online transactions etc.
Paytm have two major sectors in which it deals
1) Online Recharges, Wallets
2) A big chain of products in all categories i.e Apparels, Household products etc.
In my opinion, Paytm deals satisfactory when it comes to Apparels and Household products as it lacks in timely delivery and quality of product. I’ve bough 4-5 times from Paytm but the thing which remains the same was delay in services(Major factor behind is that they don’t have logistics as of their own). One can find cashback on almost every product but customer can’t bear these delays.
Recharges and Wallet of Paytm are excellent in services, they have very minimal or no transactions failure and moreover cashback’s on every single deals you made from Paytm is marvelous. Whether it comes to drive from Ola, Uber or ordering food, wallet will always come in handy.
In these crucial times(Demonetization), when there’s less or no cash anywhere, wallets are lifeline for everyone. But there’s a limit to it as vendors may or mayn’t use Paytm as a medium. So lastly in my opinion, if you want to buy anything from Paytm i.e Apparels, household products, you can go for it but keep this in mind they will take average 7-10 days and if you are ordering food, driving somewhere always use Paytm wallet as it have effective cashback.
