Paytm is a shopping site and once more time I have bad experience from paytm company.
I add Rs.3000 in my paytm wallet for a shopping purpose and it is done successfully.but same product which I want to buy, it was I get with lower prize from another company.
So I return Rs.3000 to my bank account from paytm wallet.and it is debited.but not received in bank account within 5-7 days in which paytm said me to be credited.
After that I call paytm customer care and they said that we allready credited successfully this amount.i gone to bank and they said that no one rupees we received from paytm.
This amount was credited in my account after 98 days after filed case against paytm in grahak suraksha.
This is my second worst experience with paytm.so I advised you with my experience that don’t do any transaction with paytm if you not want any problem like this.
