I’ve been using Paytm for 3 years now. And I’m quite satisfied with it. Paytm is solely made in India which is very good. The security features are very tight and it is very much impossible to hack unless you make a mistake by answering spam SMS and phone calls. I mostly do bill payments and recharges on Paytm. Paytm UPI is also a nice feature to receive payments from customers. I also use Paytm to book movie tickets. It gives good offers. But the only issue I had with Paytm that nowadays not many offers on recharges/ bill payments running on Paytm. And that is discouraging. Overall I like Paytm a lot.
