Now a days many e-wallet have been launching . Out of these Paytm is one of the oldest, secured and good e-wallet . Paytm is a very good and useful website for online recharge . For payment on paytm wallet user can use Net Banking, CC, DC . Recently, UPI payment option is also added in there . Although, one day I had tried to add money in paytm wallet through icici upi, but it gone failed . May be there had some issue on UPI transaction . I will suggest to use CC or DC .
It has high security options . When I log in or transfer money, every time I need provide OTP . I can check my all previous recharge and other transaction history . Maximum time recharge can be done successfully instantly, few time it takes some more times . If any recharge failed, then money back into Paytm wallet . I can also transfer Paytm wallet money into my bank account. I transfer money INR 3600 for one time, it credited in my bank account instantly . That time Paytm deducted 4% from transferred money as a charge. Although, recently paytm don’t charge any amount to transfer money in bank account from wallet .
But, shopping of goods is not reliable on paytm . They have some negative points on shopping . Few time when I try order products, I am unable to submit delivery address . So, order gone canceled . Some times I heared that Paytm provide lower quality product .
Now, paytm got licence of payment bank . So, you can use it as a bank account .
Their customer care something good . When I sent mail them they can not help me properly, but when I contact with them in Facebook chat, they help me perfectly& very fast and also behave friendly . It’s recharge service is very good& fast . So I can highly suggest this website for online recharge .
