I used this website for recharge, bill payment and shopping. This is only good for recharge but not for bill payment and shopping. They have very bad and slow customer service. When I tried to add money in wallet then money is deducted from my bank account but my wallet shows zero. I recieved money after 2 hours and when I asks them for this delay they talks in roundabout manner and put blame on bank. Similarly bill payments delay on that site. Their product quality varies to big extent as they contain original as well as some fake products. Hence, selecting a genuine product is very difficult. Delivery is slow as compared to other shopping sites because they take more than 1 day to hand over the product to courier service. They charge extra money as delivery charges for many of its product. App and website has good design. We can easily found different options like mobile recharge, electricity or dth bill payment but they work slow. Website load slow in peak hours. Reliability of this site is average due to its delay in payment. If you want to pay bill on last date then you have to take risk if you are using paytm.
