I have booked bus ticket. The bus didn’t come and tried to contact paytm customer care number so in result of this I missed my bus. And have to suffer whole night waiting for the bus and tried 100 of times to contact paytm bus customer care but didn’t got any reply. Now it complete almost 2 months and they are just giving pathetic replies in place of given my refund. Paytm service is disgusting. Never use paytm fir anything. Other sites have much better than paytm. Please never book bus ticket from paytm
