I am sharing another bad(very bad) experience with Paytm.
I had ordered "OVISTA Dual Port USB Fast Charger Travel Adapter With 3.1 Amp Power" from Paytm.
I got the delivery of the charger from the same company, but with inferior power output.(i.e against 3.1 Amp, I got 2.4 Amp charger).
To this I raised a complaint and return pick was scheduled on time. But to my complaint I just got an reply that return is scheduled & no further action against the vendor is taken.
And the refund is processed to my credit card account(which takes more than 15 days).
The message here is "The only person getting effected with the order cycle is me( The Customer).
And many other suffering with it.
Below is the email received from the Paytm care.

Please make sure that the item to be returned is not used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Also keep product, price tags and labels intact alongwith the original packing and the invoice. Your refund will be initiated once product reaches back to the merchant.
