No doubt this is the best sitr for for online recharge. Its interface is user friendly and it also provides a decent cash back.
Coming to the Paytm mall, O persknally dont like it although the products are very cheap.It always charges a high delivery charge.So I personally dont prefer it.
Refund process is also not good, it took me almost two months to process one of my refunds.But if you pay via Paytm wallet then you will get refund instantly.
Paytm wallet is very secured and easy to use.
So overall I have mixed experience with Paytm, I wont say Its just great but good.
