I use Paytm many times for online shopping. Its good in some cases while shopping online. But, Paytm needs tremendous improvement in Customer Care Support. It should be user friendly. I placed order for Apple MacBook Air MMGF2HN, but cashback offer was not reflected even after dispatched item. I tried many times to reach Customer Care Support but there was NO such a person like Customer Care Executive to talk with and solve the issue. Ultimately I had no other option but to cancel my order. I just want to say that, to be continue with customers which Paytm has till date and to increase the number of customers, Paytm should look into queries and problems of their customers and atleast they should try to sort them out genuinely.
