I am using paytm for both purposes such as shopping and recharge purpose , but sometimes when am recharging my prepaid the amount was debited from my bank account but the status was remains to be processing , I faced this issue when an a emergency recharge , then I avoided to recharge in this site , after the sometimes the amount was back to paytn wallet , not to my bank account, it will not able to role back to bank account.
I think this the way they make us to recharge their wallet and earn profit. So I used my bank official application to recharge anything for myself or others which ia best than that, but I dont know about the shopping in paytm, but when I used to see the price of the product which is always higher than other shopping sites like amazon, snapdeal.
