I am using paytm app for more than last couple of years. I mostly used for mobile bill payment, DTH RECHARGE etc. Presently they added electricity bill payment also on their app. I already pay 2-3 electric bill through paytm app. But overall experience is average. Main issue is customer care center is unreachable. Maximum time they don’t reply against email complain or queries. Transfer charges applicable if somebody send money to bank account from wallet. Where many other app didn’t changed for transfer money to any account.
