Paytm is one of the highly recommended digital wallet for payments and online purchase. The site is very secure and tied up with most of the big brands of our country. I have done more than rs 2000 transaction through paytm and I have received the cash back offers within next 10 minutes of purchase. The customer service is quick to respond to my queries about any transaction or Adding money to our wallet. The offers given by them for cash back for first recharge we do is more than 50%cash with promocode. The subsequent recharge we do has lesser amount of cash back and the same promocode cannot be used. Paytm has reached in most of my outlets and grocery shop for payments in my area and they allow UPI, QR code scanning and BHMI payments. I have purchase pen drive with the website and I was able to track the order and it get delivered within 48 hours. The only disadvantage is the promocodes for old customers are not given regularly and for this reason we tend to look for some other digital wallet. I would recommend Paytm for the offers and wide reach in supermarkets and other grocery shops.
