I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED BACK, THE WHOLE STORY IS THAT I HAVE BOOKED A BUS TICKET AND GOT THE CONFIRMATION FOR BOOKING. ON JOURNEY DAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE JUST BEFORE 1 HR AGO THAT YOUR TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DIDNT RESPONDED, THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THEM THEN THEY SAID YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVEN ANY EXCUSE FOR CANCELLATION, NOW GUYS 15 DAYS GONE AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER FACED BY PAYTM. I WILL SUGGEST U ALL NOT BOOK A SINGLE BUS JOURNEY BY PAYTM. THEY SUDDENLY CANCELL YOUR TICKET BEFORE 1 HR THE JOURNEY AND YOU WILL HAVE NO OPTION.
