I have order a redmi note 3 mobile from Paytm and unfortunately I have received a defect piece which is getting discharged within no time.
I have raised a request for the return within given time and they have accepted the return but no action again.
they did not approach to collect the mobile or replace it.
I have raised a complain against it and paytm were saying they will resolve and they couldnt do it till now.
this also I think some kind of fraud linked to paytm as they were not reacting properly.
my doubt is paytm is doing so much things to customer in consumer like this, how can we expect they do it better in banking.
I really doubt their commitment.
I am really disappaointed by their response and I wish to approach the consumer court soon.
please dont believe paytm goods and offers.
