Refund not processed NOvember 2018 3 months

I am really disappointed to inform u about my experience of booking a train ticket using paytm wallet in the month of november last year.


That time I booked two ticekts using paytm wallet on irctc. After making those payments I got the boooking id along with the transaction id.


Now let me tell u what bullshit u guys did was that u guys only gave me the booking id not the tickets which I was expected for.


I thought there might be a tech issue which is y the same has been happened. Its good that I wait for a while so that u guys can get it rectified. Unfortunately it never happened?


Then I really got frusturated and made a request to your support staff and started asking for my transaction details. Then after u guys started giving me bluff by saying that the payment has been done but it has got stuck at irctc and they are actually not responding to us. Which is why we are not able to help u at this point of time.


U get rest assured as our technical team has started co-ordinating with them and as soon as possible we get the revert we will get it clarified to u. I Said OK lets get it rectified on priority. Now tell me how long would I have to wait. It been more than 3 months. Does your tech support guys wants 3 years to get my refund into my account. TEll ME?


Later I got an another funny reply by ur support executive by saying that I need to contact irctc now to get the refund.


I said y would I do that because I did my transaction from paytm. As per me I believe I should contact paytm and it is now paytm responsibility to conact them and get my refund back into my account.


Ur support staff asked to contact to irctc for the same. I did it but they redirected me to contact u.


now u tell me what should I do in this case. I am contacting u and irctc both. As per me my money had been given to irctc from paytm.


I didn’t make this payment by going directly to irctc website. I made it from paytm and now if the booking has not been done then "Paytm" itself is responsible to provide me the refund.


Regarding this issue I had been contacted u guys so many times but didn’t get my refund.Try to get this resolved on priority basis and get the refund processed ASAP.


If the same doesn’t happen then it is sure that I am gonna post it everywhere and will make this issue viral.


I waited a lot to get this sorted out patiently. I can see u guys didn’t do any thing. Neither u are worried to reply me on my email nor u are processing my refund.
