Distribution system, turnaround time, Worst vendor management and irresponsible staff
Worst service and customer service experience I have ever experienced with, there is a 20 days gap between order and delivery time, even after that they are demanding for cash rather taking card and being taken the same to Myntra representatives till the manager level all of them have straight forwarded that they dont have a policy of taking the machine by vendors. This has repeatedly happened for many time but with different issues.
