PayTm is a life saver. Not only is it evolutionary in sense of tech it’s also very helpful. For someone who doesn’t like carrying cards and cash everywhere to go this is a perfect boon for me and since demonetisation Paytm is available to EVERY VENDOR in town - from pani puri wallas to straight up cafes and supermarkets.
The UI of the app is simple and thus can be understood by anyone using the app for the first time. Passbook section will reveal all the money recieved and sent and will also display your current balance.
It has multiple features like we can send money in multiple methods - barcode scanner or mobile number, which honestly reduces our job. It also has online shopping center through which you can get CASHBACKS for buying stuff on it.
I use Paytm daily and extensively as if my life depends on it. it rewards me with cashbacks and thus I feel valued as a customer and keep going back. I have already referred it to all my friends and can refer it to you all too:)
