I did online payment for my airtel post paid number on 20th of Oct 2015. Last date for my payment was 22nd. but even till today(28th OCt), payment is under process. When I checked with the customer care, they told me it will take 24-48 hours.
And I was also told that the problem is with the Airtel.(not true, because I made payments for other 2 airtel numbers through another website and I got an confirmation with couple of minutes). I have been following up with them but it’s of no use. My money is struck with them and not replying to my mails from 2 days.
One of the worst experience I have ever faced for online payment.
