Online bank by name paytm but the service is wrost, my account is with this online bank, they promise to keep thier word but I dont think, the service is wrost becouse I experiance it, when uploading my kyc its always shows, something went wrong, I cant understand why, I call to customer care and I messaged them but 15 days passed no reply it is your promise, u must give priority to your customer first, my payment is waiting out but I cant do anything, do u have any answer sir, plz say, customer service is zero, product quality is average, not so good, delivery is not in time, website is good but service is bad, plz give priority to yours customer plz.
